- Planning Phase: The most important or first stage of the construction process is Planning which should be in an accurate manner as per the client’s Inputs. Here we will describe various stages that come under planning:-
- Drawing Preparation: In the early stage of the project, it is very important to develop or create good designs according to the client’s requirements. This will be performed by the design team.
- Drawing Discussion with the client: Once necessary drawings have been done, they it will be discussed with the client, but if they are ok with it, it’s fine. But If they are not ok then the design team will do the necessary changes as per the client’s requirement.
- Subcontractor Selection: Before the start of the Project, the company needs to hire some general contractors, which is actually a significant decision for the successful completion of the project.
- Vendor Selection: This is a bit similar to subcontractor selection, it is a process to choose good vendors or suppliers on the basis of quality Products or the good services they offered.
- Project Startup Documentation: In this phase, one Summary chart will be prepared by the Project Manager and he needs to share this with the client the same will be signed by the client also then only the team can go ahead with the construction Phase.
- Construction Phase: The second most important phase after the planning phase is the construction phase, which actually works in the whole idea of execution or implementation phase according to the design prepared.
- Dismantling Work: Before starting on-site construction dismantling work will be performed, when a client needs to start from a bare shell but if there is no dismantling then work will be started on the structure.
- Civil Built-up Work: Foundation and superstructure built up at this stage including brickwork.
- Chasing and Conducting /UPVC and CPVC Works: Internal wiring Mechanism and Plumbing come in this phase. (MEP)
- Waterproofing and PCC: All kinds of waterproofing and Plain cement concrete provision and implementations are there.
- Plastering Work: Plasterwork will be done to make the rough surface wall for smooth finishing.
- Tile Flooring: Flooring of Tiles work will be also done.
- Ms and Aluminum Glazing Work: All Ms and glazing work will be done as per the client’s requirement and budget.
- Carpentry Work: All kinds of carpentry services like cutting, Joining, shaping, installing and all craft as per the client’s requirement.
- Electrical Wiring and DB Work: All wiring and Digital Board work will also be done.
- Fire Safety Work: Fire safety work will be done here for safety mechanisms.
- Paint Work: Paintwork as per the client’s instructions will be also done.
- Flooring Work: All kinds of Flooring will be also done.
- Finishing’s Work: It is the last or conclusion stage of construction. All the above work like plastering, flooring, and Tiling work will be checkout for finishing.
- Sanitary Fixtures: After all finishing work, the team will work on the sanitary fixture with the choice of clients.
- Modular Wood Work: Modular woodwork will be done also in this phase only according to the client’s choice or budget.
- Final Phase: In this stage finally we hand over the project to the client or also finish snagging things if any.
