Key Responsibilities

- As a Business Development Executive with Social Media Skills in an Interiors Contracting Firm, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives.
- Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them through effective networking, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Managing the company’s social media platforms, creating engaging content and executing effective social media campaigns that enhance the firm’s visibility and reach.
- Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs, and leveraging this information to inform the company’s product and service offerings.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and competitive advantage.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to ensure ongoing business growth and profitability.
- Developing and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and customers, and using this information to track progress against sales targets and forecast future revenue.
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, and leveraging these opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Managing the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and close, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for the customer.
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activity, progress against targets, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical knowledge of Interiors projects. Modular furniture sales
- Must have Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Pleasing personality
- Proven track track record in interiors project sales.
- Must have good contacts with prospective Clients and corporate.
- Knowledge of estimation.
- Basic Knowledge of computer and Excel (Must)
- Must have a fair understanding of Interior designing and measurement concepts for better understanding and closures
- Monitoring competitor activity; analyzing market trends and tracking competitor’s activities and providing valuable inputs.
- Architects/Interior Designers/Builders/Purchase Managers to grow business and help the company expand.
- Own up the entire sales process of Preliminary Survey, Inquiry generation, preparing quotation, Sales follow-up, Negotiation, Order finalization, Execution and collections
Key Skills/IT Skills:
- Auto CAD, Project Management, Architectural & Interior Design / Drawings

Estimation & Billing Engineer
Job Description
Title: Estimation & Billing Engineer
Location: Delhi/NCR

Qualification: Engineer / Diploma Engineer / Interior Designer / Architect
Reporting to: Cost Manager.
Experience: Minimum 2 years, Maximum 5 years
Skill: Interiors Estimation and Billing, Interiors Project Management. MS Office.
Desired Skill: BOQ Preparation, 2d drawing.
Salary: Upto 3.00 lac pa
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of client billing with MD sheet.
- Getting it verified from client.
- Checking or preparing the bills for subcontract / Vendors.
- Verification of quantities and quality of product delivered.
- Filling the tenders and doing Interiors Estimation.
- Rate analysis of Estimate.
- Material Management.
- Inventory Management.
- BOQ Preparation for interiors project.
- Working out standard quantities of all items.
- Preparation of Reconciliation of material, reconciliation ofLabour attendances.
- To coordinate with representatives of customer/client for processing of payments and providing necessary clarification on method of measurements/ interpretation of contract specification

Site Engineer
Job Description
Title: Site Engineer – Interior Fitout ( Vacancy – 2)

Experience: 1 year to 3 years
Skill: Site Supervision, MS Office
Desired Skill: Preparation of MB sheet, Billing, AutoCAD basic knowledge
Salary: Upto 3.00 lac pa
Key Responsibilities
- The candidate should able to handle Interior turkey project and will be stationed at the site he is taking care of.
- Candidate should able to understand and read Autocad drawings and explain to the respective vendors and contractors about the project details.
- Years of Experience:. Must have worked in Interiors Projects, Like Offices, Showrooms, Restaurant, Club House, Residences.
- Key Skills/IT Skills: Client Billing, Resource Planning, Estimation, Execution ,DPR, QS, Material Planning, Manpower Planning
- Proficiency: In MS Office, AutoCAD Desired The candidate should be willing to travel outside Delhi.
- Preparation of periodic progress reports ( DPR ) and Daily Labor report ( DLR ) for proper monitoring of project.
- Preparation of Reconciliation of material, reconciliation of PRW billing.
- To coordinate with representatives of customer/client for processing of payments and providing necessary clarification on method of measurements/ interpretation of contract specification
